Is your equipment in need of some TLC? Get your gear back into shape with our services. Our friendly staff is trained to know exactly what care your equipment needs and no more. Sometimes you’ll need a full tune, other times an edge and wax is all that is required to have maximum fun!
Winter Shop Services
| $15 | Base Cleaning - Removal of old wax, klisters, skin glue, dirt, etc. |
| $20 | Infrared Hot Wax - Temperature-specific wax applied with an infrared light and machine buffed. Heading out of town, let us know the temperature of the area you’re skiing and we’ll select the best wax option. |
| $25 | New Ski Tune - Detune tips and tails to contact point & an infrared hot wax. |
| $45 | Edge & Wax - Sharpen base & side edges, detune tips and tails to contact point, & infrared hot wax. |
| $75 | Basic Alpine Tune - Minor base repair, sharpen base & side edges, detune tips & tails, stone grind bases for local snow conditions, & infrared hot wax. |
| $40 | Nordic Grind - Minor base repair, stone grind bases for local snow conditions, & infrared hot wax. |
| $75 | Snowboard Tune - Minor base repair, sharpen base & side edges, detune tip & tail, stone grind bases for local snow conditions, & infrared hot wax. +$10 if bindings are not removed. |
| $90 | Splitboard Tune - Minor base repair, sharpen base & side edges, detune tip & tail, stone grind bases for local snow conditions, & infrared hot wax. +$20 if all hardware (excluding nose & tail clips) is not removed. |
| $24 | New Nordic Ski Wax - One layer of base hardening wax with temperature-specific wax on top to prep your bases for skiing. |
Repairs
| $40+ | Base Repair - For core shots or other damage that requires base welding. Will require a full tune for proper performance. |
| $15+ | Additional P-Tex - For skis that have more scratches than a standard tune covers. Will require a full tune for proper performance. |
| $20+ | Topsheet Repair - Filling cuts, holes or flappers in the topsheet to prevent moisture from damaging the core. |
| $40+ | Edge Repair - Repair/replacement for major edge damage. Will require a full tune for proper performance. |
| $30+ | Delamination Repair - Base, topsheet, or sidewall delamination repair. May require additional services for proper performance. |
Mounts
| $60 | Alpine Mount with ASTM - Includes testing release settings of bindings. $30 if purchasing one item at the Marmot, free if purchasing skis, boots, and bindings. |
| $60 | Alpine Touring Mount - $30 if purchasing one item at the Marmot, free if purchasing skis, boots, and bindings. Includes ASTM for hybrid bindings like the Shift. |
| $25 | ASTM - Alpine binding test with Safetronic calibrated DIN settings (bindings must be indemnified): $15 with boot, ski or binding purchase. |
| $30 | Nordic Mount - $15 if purchasing one item at the Marmot, free if purchasing skis, boots, and bindings. |
| $100 | Custom Mount - For mounts that need more work, i.e. if we don't have the jig, multiple pairs of boots, etc. |
| $10 | Remount Fee - For any ski getting remounted. Covers removal of bindings and plugging of screw holes. |
| $120 | Quiver Killer - Per 16 screw set, includes ASTM, $5 for each additional hole. |
Other Services
| $30 | Skin Trim - Trim skins to fit your skis. $15 with skin purchase. |
| $50 | Universal Length Skin Trim - For skins that require adding tip and/or tail clips. $30 with skin purchase. |
| $15 | Pole Cutting - Free with pole purchase. |
| $10 | Basket Exchange/Ferrule Sharpening - Free with pole purchase. |
Bootwork
| $40 | Liner Mold - Heat the liners to custom mold to your feet. Free with boot/liner purchase. |
| $50 | Alpine Boot Shell Mold - Heat mold your alpine shells for a custom fit. Free with boot purchase |
